To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet these requirements:

Unused & Unworn

Extensions must be in their original, unworn condition

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached

Hygienic Seal Intact

For hygiene reasons, protective seals must remain unbroken

No Alterations

Extensions must not be cut, styled, washed, or altered in any way
